But I think that if you don't want HR contacting your personal references (not your past employers, mind you), you may have a bigger problem than a lack of employment.

At least the requirements aren't too bad: just be willing to learn. Oh, I almost forgot: play an instrument, like children, and speak English and two kinds of Chinese fluently. That's a tall order coming from someone who created the word combination: "Please make sure to include, but not limited to, the information listed below in your email."
